ORDERING PROCESS

As the Desaudio brand is in its startup stage, the ordering process is under development. In the beginning, you will submit an order through an order form where you submit your basic information. You may inquire about the available item numbers of the limited edition version. After submitting the information, Desaudio will add the applicable VAT/ST/GST to the price based on the customer’s domicile and present that price, prepare the order and present an invoice. When the invoice has been paid, then the order will be delivered with the digital parts, (you can see what is included here). An order can also be placed for immediate complimentary physical products, (you can see the available ones here). We can then start looking at possibilities of making physical speaker covers, (you can see loudspeaker requirements here). There is a one week waiting period for the customer to pay the invoice after the invoice is submitted, and during that time the limited edition series number of the ownership rights is reserved for the customer, (for instance purchasing item #1 of a limited edition collection of a maximum of 80 items). If the week passes without the purchase being finalized with a full payment, then the item # is no longer reserved, and another customer who expresses interest in the number may get that desired number.
